By creating an account or using FollowerViewer ("Service", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FollowerViewer is a social media analytics tool that processes user-supplied data export files (e.g., Instagram data exports) to produce insights such as follower counts, non-mutual follows, growth trends, and activity analytics. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@followerviewer.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or attempt to circumvent service limits.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload data that you do not own or have the right to process.
• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm other individuals based on the data shown.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service via automated means.
• Upload malicious files or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the Service.
• Resell or redistribute analytics generated by the Service without our written permission.

6. Uploaded Data

You retain ownership of any data you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process and store that data solely for the purpose of delivering analytics to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it beyond what is necessary to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Subscription and Billing

FollowerViewer offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your Pro access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 14 days' notice to existing subscribers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that analytics results are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. Social media platforms change their export formats without notice, which may occasionally affect parsing accuracy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FollowerViewer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We are not liable for any interruptions or downtime.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion via Contact Us. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violations of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
