Common questions
What counts as a snapshot?
Each time you upload your Instagram data export, it creates one snapshot. Free users can upload once per platform. Pro users can upload as many times as they want to track changes over time.
Why can't I see unfollower tracking on Free?
Unfollower tracking, growth charts, and snapshot comparison all require at least two uploads to compare against. Since Free is limited to one snapshot, these features require Pro.
When will Pro be available?
